F&B place ice at the hotel are exorbitantly expensive

We arrived on schedule and I attempted to check in. I was first served by Iz, I handed over our passports and explained I would appreciate if we could be checked in promptly. He asked where my kids were, when I pointed them out he told me the hotel policy did not allow two adults and 3 kids into a single room. I asked him to please check as I had booked two rooms. Shortly after he decided to go serve a different customer. No explanations, he just walked off. Next came Regina, all she was able to say was sorry I can’t do that nor that nor that. Just check back at 3pm and maybe we can get you a room by then. I was so shocked I decided to wait on the side and figure out which staff was more senior as reginas name tag also read trainee. (If a staff is unable to serve at the front desk please don’t let them stand there unattended) I managed to speak to another member of staff who told me we would get a connecting room by 6pm. Yes wait 6 hours with three young kids for your rooms. We left for lunch, i needed a break from dealing with the hotel staff. We returned at 3pm and I still didn’t have the energy to speak so a friend of mind went to speak to the staff instead. I waited on the side, where thankfully rohjana Iskandar saw me and asked me if she could help. We managed to get one room by this time. There was construction on orchard rd all night and I woke up wanting to just move. We paid over a thousand a night for both rooms so why burn the money? Tough it out mom, never return

location is very good,good services

I loved almost everything about this hotel. The Club Lounge was a little tired and clinical but there was too much to explore outside of the hotel to really care. Buffet breakfast was one of the best I have ever experienced and ALL staff were on the ball. Awesome location. I will definitely be back. Miss it already.

Location is very good Elevator buttons were malfunctioning Our tv was busted it had lines all over it and made weird crackling sounds at night Bed is nice Curtains still let some light in some areas even if fully closed which is bad Would probably stay here again for the location The lobby bathroom smelled really bad especially in the urinal area They forgot to replenish the water bottles in the mini bar for 2 days. I was dehydrated
