Good location, modern, they do not speak English
All in all good and all fine, apartments are very large, I stayed here for 2 weeks in a "deluxe apartment" with nice park view.
Major disappointing thing is that nobody at this hotel speaks English. Just nobody. Not at the reception really, not the room service, not at the breakfast area, etc. I expected at least some basic English at a 5* hotel. That was clearly below expectations.
The "hotel bar" is like on the roof-top and doesn't really belong to the hotel, you cannot charge it to your room, also it's very crowded in evenings (you can basically say all people there are not staying at the hotel).
The wooden beams in the middle of the room were not attached properly, so when I slightly touched them, one of them fell off on the floor.
There's a little bit of noise around the area, but it's a nice and safe area to stay at. :-) You won't do anything wrong with this hotel, just don't expect a good service if you cannot speak Spanish.
