little to good service
Service is non existent- a regular average fast food joint type of service definitely not 5 stars, location is great - when reservation wasn’t booked correctly they did fix it after 2 tries of us going up to what was supposed to be connecting rooms. They do have a good pet policy. We probably will not be staying here again.

The maids knocked on our doors twice, waking us up
We live in Cambridge and wanted to stay for the night in Boston to do a little Christmas shopping. I asked how big the bathroom were since my husband is 6'4". I read online the room were very small. The gentleman told me the hotel is old and rooms are small - END OF STORY! I will willing to pay for an upgrade but was not asked. The place was empty due to covid. The maids knocked on our doors at 6:45am and 7:30am to see if we were gone.

Hotel is in a safe and nice area. Close to the park. We stayed for Thanksgiving so no restaurants were open nearby. The hotel has a restaurant but the service is NOT comparable to what you paid for the hotel. I ordered a burger and asked to add cranberry sauce on the side, since they had that for another dish, the bartender made a BIG deal about it, complained and gave us attitude that I just asked to remove the cranberry sauce from the order. We order food and dessert for about $75. I noticed that the difference on treatment was only to us and not to the other 2 customers that arrived later . They ordered food and we were all waiting by the tables, their food arrived first and the employee made sure to bring the bag to them, but for us he yelled my name and just left it on the counter. I am trying to remember his name, Tommy or Sammy, can’t remember but he is the bartender, horrible customer service.

Great location, both for my business Mtg across the street and access to Public Garden and Charles River to run each day. Food was good. A bit surprised such a nice place had really cheap TP.

Great Stay!
The Boston Park Plaza was a great stay! Jacky at the front desk was SO nice and very helpful offering his assistance at any time. Hotel was close to many local eateries; breakfast and lunch/dinner. The room was a little small (king size bed) but had a nice view of a little park across from hotel. Definitely enjoyed our stay at Boston Park Plaza hotel.
