Horrible service and no sleep
We had to call thr front desk several times about the drunk teenagers in the room next to us and how loud they were. I had both kids with me and all you coukd hear was the teens loudness and horrible language they were blasting music until 3 am then started in again with being overly loud at 8 am. None of got any sleep. It was a horrible experience. I would like money money back. I am very very dissapointed in this stay. The sad part is the front desk did nothing about it.

The room wasnt ready . We did show up early. They said by 3 the room would be ready showed up at 3 and they said it would be another hour. Not to pleased with that . Called the manager and within a half hour are room was ready. Me and my wife loves the room. A little hiccup but we enjoyed are stay

Breakfast, still an option
We always love staying here. They have upgraded the breakfast option to include individually packaged breakfast sandwiches and fruit cups. Great job, super convenient!

Clean comfortable safe stay
We felt very safe here and the man that checked us in was very courteous. The room was very clean and I loved the kitchenette though we used it minimally as it was just a 1 night stay. Regular check out was noon and we requested a later one as we got in in the middle of the night, but we were only able to have an extra half hour. Would have been nice to have a longer extension. It's not like the room would be cleaned immediately at 12:30 pm. I loved the hot breakfast sandwich. Very delicious! They have a snack area in the lobby if you need to purchase anything. I love staying at this chain.

Dishwasher had dishes. Not sure if clean or dirty. No toilet paper I had to go get some. Trash under sink was full. Long black hairs in the shower.

Great room - well organized for cooking. Searing was adequate and well positioned. Bed was comfortable. Even with 16 degree nights I did not use the heat. Shower was good. Loved the 3/4 glass on 1/4 walk-in.

The address Hotels.com sent me was incorrect so that needs to be fixed. The checkin was fast and easy, the room very comfortable, the shampoos were delightful! The breakfast was disappointing - no hot vegetarian options. I understand it’s COVID but that was a bummer. Everything else was great!
