Some good, some not so good. Staff issues!
1- Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out 12:00!! I arrived at 1:00 and had to wait almost an hour before the room was ready.
2- I went to the front desk three time. Two experiences were not what one expects at a hotel like this. At check in the gentleman at the counter was generally grumpy, no smile, no hello and took his time checking me in. The next day, I went to get a door key and the guy at the counter did not say hello and waved towards the next counter!!
3-After I checked out and asked where I could leave my bag, I was told to take them a floor below and leave them there- no help with bags.
The good part!
-The room was great, well decorated, just as you see in picture, nice view of the Bosphorus, very clean and comfortable.
-On the last day I asked for a late check out (7:00 pm) and paid EURO 100 for it. I thought it was an okay deal.
