This is a very nice hotel...very helpful staff and a GREAT location! The only thing less than perfect is that it shows a little wear, but not a deal-breaker! They serve a WONDERFUL breakfast!!

The last time I visited Milano, it was the year 2003, so I remembered very little about the city and how to get around. I chose to book UNAHotel Cusani because I wanted a hotel close to the airport/train dropoff station and close to the main sites, since I only had one day for site-seeing before my two days of business in Milano.The location did not disappoint at all. But thanks to the gracious and hospitable staff, I can only say that I wish I could have stayed during my WHOLE visit at UNAHotels Cusani. The staff was friendly, helpful, and understanding, with very good English. (The business booked me at another hotel, which was terrible in contrast.) The breakfast was delicious and even had many gluten free products! The only complaint I can make is that the bed was not very comfortable, but it and the room were very clean. I will absolutely stay here in when my travels bring to Milano again!

all furniture and surrounding was old and teared. Only good was location. garage impossible to park!
