Room double allocated and no toiletries at all in the room until asked for. Good breakfast, good size room and bed but bathroom fittings etc. starting to look old and tired.

It's a great hotel in the center of Milano. Most of the attractions are in walking distance. The hotel also offers a free and safe parking for the car or motorbike. The only drawback is the old tram and the cobblestone road in front of the window which cause a lot of noise.

The hotel is very conveniently located literally in the center of the action. The staff is very professional and proactive: you can tell they have been trained(and empowered) to solve problemas, like a sudden electric fuss that lead to an immediate change of room to a superb junior suite. Breakfast is a brilliant act of balance between buffet and a la carte services in a nice dining room at ground level overlooking the street Housekeeping is meticulous along with a speed lighting laundry

Nice breakfast, clean room, the junior suite was very comfortable, great location. Front desk was very helpful in getting us train schedules and info about day trips.

It’s in a great location. The breakfast in the premise’ restaurant is really good. The room is super clean. Only con is that the standing shower area ( not the barroom), is really tiny. Overall, I am very satisfied

Front desk staff especially Massi very professional and helpful. Staff of breakfast room also kind. Location pretty good but nearest convenience store 1 kilometer away...Obviously hotel needs renovation especially rooms furniture and carpet also elevators. Heater in the room can not controlled by guest, room temp was getting too hot so we had to call them to turn it off!! Breakfast quality and variety mediocre...

Excellent location, close to main attractions and right next to the Metro station, courteous and professional staff, the hotel facilities are well kept, the bar and restaurant areas are pleasing, clean and well appointed rooms.
