This is the WORST property I have ever visited. My first night the room category I booked was not available and I was told the second day I could move into the apartment that I had booked. I had inquired then about a discount since the apartment I was given was not what I booked. I was told since I booked through Expedia, I would have to call Expedia when I returned to New York City and Expedia would call the property and authorize the refund. I said ok no problem. The second apartment I was moved to, the water was BOILING hot, even when placed on cold and could not even shower. I was moved apartments again and now in the 3rd apartment. One night at 1am the security alarm in the building went off and nobody was able to turn it off for over an hour until after 2am. The last day, there was NO water at all in the building so again, was unable to shower and had to use bottled water just to brush your teeth. Also, on XFlats website, it says they provide concierge service and offer assistance with car rental. Wrong! I asked for help renting a car and was told "we don't do that, go online and do it yourself." I returned to NYC and called Expedia to inquire about a refund, which at the bare minimum should be the first night refunded since they didn't even have my room, let alone any type of discount for everything else that went wrong. Expedia contacted the property, who now is denying everything and refusing to offer any type of refund.
