荷物を預かってくれなくて不便。
チェックイン前の時間だったので 荷物を預けようとわざわざ行ったのに 受付は無人で「荷物預かりはやってません」と書いてあってガッカリ。無駄足踏みました。 あと、連泊の場合は清掃はやってないと タオルの受け渡し時間も決まってて不便でした。 パジャマはもらえず、同じのを毎日使ってという雰囲気でした。 喫煙の部屋しか取れなかったので仕方ないですが、部屋がかなり臭くて辛かったです。 とにかく、二度と泊まりたくないです。

チェックイン前に荷物預かりをしていないこと15時前に部屋の清掃が終わっていれば現金で1000円支払いをすれば早めにチェックインできる事など 事前にお知らせして頂きたかった。 22時を過ぎてからだとフロントにスタッフがいなくなってしまいチェックインが出来ずカードキーが貰えないためその前にチェックインを済ませなければならないなど 到着前に分かっていればもう少し時間をうまく使えたのになと少し残念な所はありましたがホテルは快適でしたし料金も安く抑えられたので満足です。

受付がいなくなる
夜遅くなると受付がいなくなり、部屋の鍵が開いた状態に。安全上問題あるのでは。朝チェックアウト時も受付はまだ人がおらず、前払いだったから問題ありませんでしたが。。

Livemax Hotel experience
Livemax Hotel Hommachi is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Surroundings are so dirty and dusty and had molds in the bathroom. The walls are full of brown patches of sauce. The price of the room is like paying for a clean and spacious 4 star hotel. The worst nightmare ever!

電子レンジもあり、テレビは大きかったので良かった。 ただ、シャワーの温度調節の蛇口が回らなくて壊れていたので、熱湯しか出なくて、やけどするかと思った。
