Hotel Mozart

Great hotel, great breakfast, nice modern rooms. Pretty good location in Milan.

Good location in terms of the business meeting which I attended nearby, and a big supermarket is also near. Good amenities. Good breakfast but coffee is not always offered readily by the very busy staff. Very near to a metro station but it is not in a direct line to the main tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room is small. Floor carpet is not so clean. Airconditioner is unpredictable - sometimes randomly switches on, and sometimes cannot be switched on.

It was a good stay. The room is a little outdated and small. In fact, they still use keys to open the door, considering this is a hotel in the city. The room is warm and we can’t open the window because outside is an alley which a little noisy. I asked the front desk because our AC won’t work and they said, at this time of the year, they already turn off the AC because they are transitioning between fall and winter. But it is 75degreesF outside and all you need is a little cold when you get to the room. The breakfast start at 7am, which we weren’t really able to enjoy because out tour always start early. So if you have an early tour, don’t get the breakfast that they offer because you will just pay additional. Just grab a bite on the way to your tour. I can say, it was an OK stay.

Nice Hotel, very clean- good location, close to the metro. Front desk helpful, comfortable bed, great towels. Loved the robes and slippers.
