Cancun Bay Resort - All Inclusive

Though not perfect, I was genuinely impressed by the Cancun Bay Resort and its all-inclusive offering. It's not posh, but the service is incredibly responsive and the commitment to customers is evident. For the cost of a motel, you receive all the benefits of an all-inclusive resort. The pool area is great, and the view from the beach can't be beat. The only part of the Cancun Bay experience that could be improved is the quality of food. Though guests have access to multiple opportunities (including a buffet restaurant, an Italian dinner area by reservation only, and a sushi bar), the quality of the food itself is inconsistent at best. It's not bad per se, but don't expect to be dazzled by it either. That being said, the overall vibe and ease of the Cancun Bay experience makes up for the lack of gourmet offerings. One other heads-up ... WiFi is only available in the public areas of the hotel. I had a mobile hotspot that I used when I was in the room, but know that otherwise even a strong signal won't offer you access. (This would seem to be an immediate area of improvement that would make a big difference in guest satisfaction.) Kudos to the Cancun Bay Resort team though for making the all-inclusive resort experience accessible to all, and for their genuine commitment to service evident throughout my stay there!

This hotel is small, the personnel at reception are not friendly, I ternera service very slow and there is not computer available to print boarding passes. Food at the restaurant was very good as well as the service

Outstanding

Hotel is nice, pool great, show was wonderful but the food was NOT good. We had some sort of oriental note horrible, breakfast with limited choices, juice was good.

The room was big and clean, but the air conditioner wasn't working well. There is not hot water and the water pressure in the shower was bad. The hotel is located near the bus stop, so its easy to move in the city. The food was ok, but the snack could be improve.
