St Lucia, about 4km from Brisbane’s CBD, is a prestigious western suburb that has benefited from its proximity to the city, the Brisbane River and local facilities. With easy access to the City along Coronation Drive or via the ferry system, St Lucia offers quiet suburban living with good infrastructure, dominated by the sprawling University of Queensland. St Lucia’s central location, access to the University and other facilities is a major attraction. With the Uni at its doorstep and easy access to Mt Coot-tha and other facilities like the Indooroopilly shopping centre, St Lucia is popular with university students and those working in the city.
There is a Ferry in Guyatt Park where you can catch the Citycat into the City and throughout Brisbane. Being so close to the University there is also a lot of Bus stops near the property, and two large Bus stops in UQ.
The apartment has 1 car space in a lock up garage which guests can use. There is street parking available with a 2 hour parking limit so read signs carefully before leaving your car if taking an additional vehicle. There is a ferry in Guyatt Park directly across the road from the property. You can use this to travel into the City, Southbank and Kangaroo Point. The property has Air-conditioning in the living room and main bedroom and is quite cool. The apartment also has a lot of doors and windows and when open allows a nice breeze throughout the property.
