8pm room still NOT ready, poor mgmt n maintenance
The most terrible experience we ever had from checking in till checking out. The website said check in time from 2pm-10pm. We arrived around 5pm. Only one guy is helping the guests to check in. Very manual process and I waited (by standing) for almost an hour. The rooms are not ready yet even though is already 6pm. And they can’t estimate what time the room will be ready either. We went back at 8pm, the room still not ready, the poor receptionist told us there are still 5 to 6 bookings in front of us whose rooms are not ready either. Finally we were given a key and it was almost 9pm, but they said we need to check out at 12noon the next day.
Checking out process again took more than 30min.
The swimming pool is dirty, you can see moss around. The apartment floor is sticky, bedsheets and towels with stains, bathroom floor super slippery and the toilet paper holders in both bathrooms are spoiled.
We saw all the used towels n bedsheets were thrown on the floor outside the lifts and it’s was there when we checked in till the next day when we checked out, they are still there.
Please beware that after 10pm there will not be people around to help you check in. There was family rooms not ready earlier and went out for dinner but came back later after 10pm couldn’t get their key to check in...terrible!
Very sad to see such a new apartment with very bad management and poor maintenance. The reason of lack of housekeeper coz people went on leave is not acceptable.
