They keys kept deactivating and we had to get them reset twice. The room was great but a second chair would have been awesome since there were two of us staying. I loved the Watkins toiletries and the dish soap!! The bathroom was also very nicely updated.

Not bad but won't do it again.
Room was clean but had no wash clothes, remote didn't work even after battery change and heater set off the fire alarm due to amount of dusk. Not a bad stay once the many trips to front desk were done.

The hotel allows early check-in if you call ahead. I arrived from Kentucky to a clean property and room. The staff was polite and assisted with where to find things in and around the area, and it was extremely peaceful during my stay.

Room size and setup was great with a bathroom attached to each bedroom in the Executive suite. However there was a very unpleasant smell in the first room we tried and the hotel staff moved us to another room. There was still a little bit of smell that required us to bring in scented candles to help. The vent in the bathroom did not work. Cleanliness was a little below what I would expect in the shared sofa area. On the last night there was a disturbance in the parking lot with loud shouting and music from other guests. The hotel would not intervene but asked Expedia to refund the cost of the last night.

hotel was absolutely disgusting. Room wreaked of smoke and nasty odors; floor was sticky and tacky. Carpet was thread bear. Furniture was missing handles / scratches / Rips and upholstery. Bathrooms were filthy. Run like hell don't stay here.

Love the little coffee bar/ snack area in the lobby!! Very comfortable bed - very clean room. Overall, just a very clean, modern and comfortable place to stay. Nice people work here!
