Staff were very polite and professional. Grounds were clean. Pool was amazing and fun. We stayed Sunday thru Thursday in a suite with kitchenette, five people. Nice large room.
Two main beds were clean and very comfortable. Pull out sofa slept well but had no linens. Kitchenette served its purpose but had no cookware, plays, bowls, silverware, cups, etc. The front desk only had two bowls available, no utensils. They did have plates. We ended up buying things we needed. Dog hair all over the carpet. We didn't have a dog.
Our main issue... NO CLEAN TOWELS. We asked several times to get clean towels and each time were told they had not been washed yet. After a day at the beach we wanted to shower off the sea residue and sun screen. No clean towels. We had to take our dirty towels down for them to wash and return to us. Waited over an hour and a half. Very frustrating.
Another person was also waiting on clean towels and linens.
No continental breakfast. Had signs posted they were out of items. They did seem to have coffee.
Our main issue was the lack of available clean linens and towels. Towels. How do you operate a hotel, an extended stay hotel, with no towels. And we did use our towels more than a couple of times but at some point clean towels are needed.
