Had to practically kick the door down to open it. Bugs. Breakfast is instant oatmeal and breakfast bars. Coffee was great. Beds are hard.

4/10 Lumayan

Room was dirty….I had to clean the phone myself before I called the front desk. Property itself was dirty with garbage all around. The place needs a complete makeover. Kitchen floor was buckling.. table was marred and gross. I wouldn’t eat nor cook in there. They said it came with breakfast but we don’t eat packaged muffins and little Debbie’s for breakfast, so walked out. Won’t be staying there again

4/10 Lumayan

Garbage cans around property over flowing. Old sofa and mattress in the parking lot. The room smelled heavily of pot and had not been mopped as there were spots in the floor. No dishes in the room you have to request any. No coffee supplies only offered in the lobby (2buildings away for us). Tried to tell staff of issues but was walked away from. It was quiet location and bed comfortable.

2/10 Buruk

The hotel was very misleading compared to the pictures online. The photos made it look decent and well maintained, but when we arrived it looked more like rundown apartments. The door barely worked properly, which made us feel unsafe. The room was very old and outdated, and the bathroom was in terrible condition with a strange smell. I honestly felt uncomfortable even taking a shower there. Overall, it was not what we expected at all and was very disappointing.

I’m 45 years old and this was the dirtiest room I have ever been in. Property is actually nice overall and stuff was nice, but the room was filthy. Sheets, bathroom, table. Everything

2/10 Buruk

We went here prior to Lion’s Gate and this place was no good. It was gross and had trash inside the room, poop on the toilet seat, a used condom in the bath tub. It was nasty. It was a lot of unsavory things going on there and the bathroom smelled like marijuana due to tenant next door smoking in their bathroom it came through the vent. It was not somewhere we wanted to stay so we got a refund after less than 20 minutes. Never again at any location with this name.

6/10 Bagus

The staff was very friendly and helpful. And even though it wasn't much, I appreciated the included minimal breakfast bar. The place is a little shabby and rundown, but it has a full kitchen and everything works and was clean. And I can't complain for the price. I will stay there again when I got back to Sacramento, I assume.
