This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The hotel rooms do not look like the one they are showing on the website. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty. One of the rooms smelled. There was mold in the bathroom showers. There was paint chipped, cracked walls with dirty walls and carpet. Bedsheets had stains. Customer service was not up to the par for a 5 star hotel and they wasted an hour just for check-in. If this was some cheap motel I would have been fine, but I paid good money for it and it says '5 star luxury' hotel. Unfortunately I didn't have the time or option to change the hotel, else I would have.
I never write reviews but this time I had to so other ppl do not get duped by this hotel and I hope the management seriously consider making changes to make it better.
