I do not recommend this property. We were denied check in to our room and redirected to an “alternate room” two hours after we were supposed to be checked in. Little did I know that was just the beginning. The alternate room was at a different location. The alternate location/room not only lacked the same amenities it was dirty, had roaches, the toilet leaked water every time you flushed it so the bathroom floor was wet and smelled of urine. The bathroom faucet was not connected and felt like it was going to break off and the shower had someone’s old crusty bar of soap stuck to the shelf. The air conditioner located above the bed spit ice chunks out loudly on you in your sleep nightly, the linens were bare thin, and pillows were wafers. The kitchen cabinet doors fell off if you tried to open them. The tv had no remote so it was unusable. Immediately upon our 2 hour late check in I reached out to the operator of the establishment to discuss the extremely sub par room and was told I was given an upgrade and to be grateful she was able to provide me an alternate room. She informed hotels.com the same. I have never said DO NOT STAY before…until now. It was an absolute bate and switch.

The property manager Ronita is simply the best. We found ourselves stranded in St Thomas due to an airspace closure and were scrambling for a place for our family to stay. Ronita managed several properties and could not have been more helpful or accommodating. She not only found us a place to stay, but provided us with a lot of helpful information about where to eat and visit. The unit worked well for our family and it felt safe and clean. It was nice to be able to do laundry. Easy check in/out. Fabulous restaurant Sibs is a short walk away. And we went to Church on the mountain top, which was also a short walk away.

The place is decent; however, there are a few things that the properly owner could improve. 1) Communication-communication is slow. 2) Checking In-We checks in after 4pm because there was some delays and the property’s owner did not provided all the information to get into the gate and the place. 3) Trash disposal-We are staying there for more than 7 days so we will have trashes. The property’s owner should either let us know from the beginning where to go to throw the trashes or offer to take out the trashes for us from the beginning. We had to ask another person who also live with the property’s owner where to go to throw the trash and he offered to throw it away for us. 4)Power outage-We had a power outage during our stay that lasted around 2-3 hours. Was not able to do anything since the place is run by electricity.

The house itself was beautiful there were a few things I did not like. The area has barely anything around it and is not in walking distance from the main area. It was nice and peaceful but transportation was needed to go any and every where. The bathroom door handle was broken there were little bugs smaller than an ant that appeared in the kitchen. There was a lot of rules including disposing of our own trash. As much as we paid that should be included. Not enough bandwidth with the wifi. It was only able to connect 1 device which is ridiculous. Some candles or bug repellant would have been nice in addition to more cleaning supplies. The linen should be replaced the rags and towels looked heavily used and worn, they didn't smell like fresh laundry or fabric softener. We needed a plunger which wasn't available. Cleaning products would have been appreciated.

Enjoyed a relaxing 3-day family staycation in this wonderful rental. The 1-BR unit is modern and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Located within a gated community and a residential property, it was a “home away from home” experience that no hotel stay can duplicate. Great dining, beach and shopping options within a short driving distance, and a popular restaurant just within walking distance. My family will definitely return. Thank you!

Very very friendly and helpful. I had lost my phone on the trip there. She did everything possible to help me as I was there alone. Her son even took me on a tour so I could get some pictures. It is very beautiful there!

We didn't realize it was up in the mountains and not walking distance to town. The place was beautiful.😀 Was very disappointed that we had to ask for basic necessities like shampoo/soap. Wash cloths, towels, dish soap. There was only 2 forks. Small coffee maker. To top it all off when I needed a fry pan I found it in the oven filled with used grease😣

This property has a breathtaking view. The quietness of the area was so tranquil even though there is a church and school nearby. I love it! The property owner was easy to reach when needed and was very accommodating. The apartment is very lovely and spacious. I will definitely stay there again in the near future.

We booked this property 3 months ago. When we arrived St Thomas we were informed that this property had been given to medical personnel for 4 weeks (we are all for first responders, but we did have a contract), and we were directed to one of their other properties (also with Indigo in the name). The 'relocation' property was nowhere near as nice as the one we booked (building much older, furniture and walls overdue for a refresh, had a queen bed rather than a king) and the owner would not agree to a partial refund. Beware of booking this property, they may dump you somewhere else if they get a better offer.

The place is comfortable, clean, quiet and have a great view. I think is a great place to stay. The only thing that we do not like is that there were some lights outage on the island during the day and night. The owner said that this happen often on the island. I understand that they can control it, but when the light is out that ask us not to turn on the faucets. So I think the consider to have a generator to not affect the guest convenience during the outage
