The first room they gave was filthy, beds were not made and the bathroom had used towels everywhere. The hot tub was colder than the cool. The hotel had a dirty feel to it for a Hilton Garden Inn
Good comfort and amenities. I would recommend it.
I have stayed here several times and am always satisfied. Employees are friendly and helpful.
We were visiting KC to attend a Chiefs game. We found the staff to be friendly and professional and the room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
Overall the stay was not bad, just not what I expected. Lobby, sitting room, and breakfast area were very nice and well maintained. The room we stayed in was not very updated and not as clean as I am used to. Carpet was ripped and frayed, bathroom walls had minor stains, towel rack was loose from the wall, and reception on satellite television was below average. I stay in alot of Hilton properties and the room condition was not what I expected from a Hilton Garden Inn.
