The room we were checked in was smelling. The a/c was so noisy that we called front desk and complained . The mechanic upon inspection reported to change the room. We were moved to another room nothing different. Next morning we reported to manager who paid no attention about our problems.
The food is horrible and can’t eat . It is cold like from refrigerator. We even complained to the staff and they said it is as is. No food warmers. We spoke with many guests and all had same opinion. I don’t understand how people manage to stay for so many days. I found difficult to spend another day.
