Completely dissatisfied
In short, I was completely disappointed with this stay which for one night cost almost 200 euro. No parking available so you had to pay privately. The room was pokey, with no ventilation or air conditioning and faced out onto a dirty lane way linked to the property. The carpet in the property was bubbly due to its age and requires replacement. The bathroom was unclean. The breakfast which was an additional 25-30 euro was cold and greasy. The eggs benedict consisted of one egg on stale bread topped with cold hollandaise that had a skin on top given it had been sitting on the kitchen counter for too long. The vegetarian breakfast was a joke to say the least. The coffee was weak and instant. The service was overall very poor. I’ve never left such a review on a hotel but I honestly feel cheated for the price paid for this night away.

Great Service but lacking in one or two areas
Overall very good, just a couple of things. For breakfast we ordered eggs Benedict, but we got just one egg. The dishes were kept warm and the hollandaise had blackened in places and split. We also noticed that the heating was turned off in the room before we checked out. We were a little cold as the weather was very bad at the time.

Absolutely fab. Girls on reception could not be more helpful. We had lunch dinner and breakfast and every member of staff could not be more helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend hotel

I enjoyed my stay in comfortable surroundings. The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good plenty of choice. Will definitely return. Excellent location.

This hotel was a great spot while exploring Killarney! The staff was so kind and helpful, the building was authentic and the rooms were quaint and clean. Would 100% return and recommend to anyone!

This property was amazing from the beautiful building, the perfect location to the amazing staff. I would highly recommend this hotel. The town of Killarney was our favorite and this amazing property was in the center of it.
