Not exactly a 'Hotel'
The thing that sells this place is definitely the amazing views! If you read previous reviews stating lush little boxes of goodies to stock your fridge then forget it..its literally bare bones! Breakfast if you call it that is a croissant and a paper coffee cup which is handed over up on the terrace..you have to ask for it..nothing laid out absolutely no choice of anything.
Our room was like sleeping in a cave totally no sunlight entered it so it was very damp we had to put the heating on every night. We had to ask for the top cover to be changed on the bed as it had disgusting marks on it..clearly not changed from previous people.
Theres lots of steps down to the pool area..a few day beds and some weird plastic chairs around the pool..the sun dissappears after 2pm so we had to then go up to the terrace where the sun was. Badly looked after chairs up there very weathered and like sitting on bags of potatoes! No bar open but they will get you a drink if you ask..we saw others getting drinks and being told no charge but my husband said he was to pay..very confusing it depended who served you..most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant though. Very strict on mask wearing. A free bus offered every hour down to the town stops at a few hotels on the way..but that stopped just before we left and the owner now takes you in his jeep which is not comfortable and social distance is a joke! also he drops you about a mile from the town..would we return? not a chance..
