Noisy and haunted
If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay. I wouldn't recommend this place. Our upstairs neighbors sounded like they were doing construction all night. Couldn’t get any sleep the first day we were there. There’s no person on sight to help with any complaints so we texted the person that helped us get inside our room about our upstairs neighbors. They stopped for a little bit and continued all over again through the whole stay we were there. Not to mention, the hotel is also on a busy street with loud cars and people. It would have been a decent stay if our upstairs neighbors weren’t so loud. Also, the hotel is a bit haunted so if ghosts aren’t your thing then I wouldn't Stay here. We had our stuff moving around, the closet door open on its own, and items falling. Wasn’t much of a bother to us but something to be aware of.

I had an amazing stay. Easy check in process and location close to many restaurants and bars. The room was really nice, comfortable and clean. Plus the lobby area is very trendy and great to take photos. Staff was nice and helpful. I will be back next time I am in DTLA.

I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but such a disappointment. They don't offer parking; had to park across the street. There isn't anyone on site if you need anything. Had to text for toilet paper and got no response. One of the pillow cases was dirty. The noise was terrible. People working on the street and yelling all through the night. The bar pictured isn't open for business. There is no ice machine. I could go on. Definitely not worth the money.

This place was an absolute delight. Very convenient and clean…I was sent self checkin instructions and this really made things easy for me and my gf..I did see staff during the day and they were very helpful with my questions and gave me excellent recommendations…I’ll definitely be staying here again and again….I know it can be a little bit expensive but if you book directly with the property you get the best rate and they don’t mind checking you in early…

Terrible
This place is close to a dump. No shampo, no soap in my room just empty bottles. The hotel smelled like mildew . Never again .

Served its purpose. Weird that it was all remote check in but clean and safe. All communication with staff was via text but they were accommodating to my fear of the elevator and kind.
