The pricing level is high, let alone was double or triple during Bauma for what was already a high rate. The value received is very low: beds are barely made daily, overall room house keeping for longer than 1 night stays is substandard. Attitude of front desk staff is aloof and inconsistent amongst them. We had 2 separate bookings: one for first night, and second one for following 4 nights; the first booking had a higher room category than the second one (studio plus instead of studio). So we asked if we could pay extra for second booking to upgrade to same level first booking and keep same room.. the answer by front desk guy was sorry, if you want to keep same room, is better to check in at lower category now so that you dont have to move out! I asked: are you giving us a downgrade for free for first night? The guy smiled and said: Yes!
