Quality Inn & Suites

One of the worst experiences I ever had with a hotel, if not maybe the worst. Hidden fees, they don't tell you about during reservation. Total disregard request. Say they don't have smoking rooms, but the 1st room they put me in, smelled like a 3 pack a day smoker lived there. Double charged the "incidental convenience fee". And are refusing to refund it, even though I proved it posted, so now having to file a fraud claim with my bank.

i stayed one night while in town for a funeral. though i was actually there for about 12hours i found the hotel to be clean and well taken care of. the only thing i would improve would be more towels in the guest rooms. the breakfast was basic but fit my needs. i would stay here again. HOWEVER-- i reserved a room at the COMFORT hotel not QUALITY inn.. i drove around with gps for 45min trying to find the comfort in and gave up and went to the quality inn and found out they are switching names. that was a huge inconvenience. I wanted to get to my friends house asap as this was a sudden death in the family and looking for the hotel ate up 45min of my time.

We stopped over for the night on our way to visit family so this served the purpose -- right off the highway. We've stayed here before but this time we noticed that the hotel is in need of some cleaning and updating -- the sink was cracked, wallpaper was peeling, the AC vent was covered in sticky dust and the toilet had not been completely cleaned. We chose this place to save $30 and I probably wouldn't do that again.

Stayed there overnight during a trip. Would have been fine except for the nozzle in the bathroom shower. It takes 30 minutes to wash and rinse and condition your hair. Not enough water to get your body wet and rinsing was a nightmare. They only gave us 2 towels and 1 washcloth. No hand towels.

The bathroom and room had hair in it, as if it wasn't cleaned very well.
