Simple hotel that served a good breakfast (sahur). Not lavish but you have at least 3 choices other than the normal cereals and breads. Rooms are adequately furbished but no fridge so whatever cold drinks you have gotta finish it off. Service is good, polite staff and accomodating. Cleaners don't disturb you when you hang the DND sign. Only issue during my 2nd night was a sudden blackout in the rooms (yes, rooms only, everything else is still ok) and it took them quite some time to restore power. Was eating dinner in the dark, then came down to the desserts shop on ground floor to get shaved ice dessert while waiting for further updates of the blackout. Desserts shop owner is also a friendly chatty lady who took some time to advise on how to mix the condiments to the shaved ice. Will definitely visit them again.
Good stay and convenient - just across from Komtar. Easy in easy out.
