We had the nicest stay in Killarney Plaza. From the moment we arrived we were made feel both welcome and safe within the current pandemic restrictions. A special note to every member of staff. I travel a lot with work and I honestly have never had a stay where every staff member was both friendly and chatty and also courteous and had no hesitation to remind residents to wear their masks and sanitise hands in a nice non condescending manner. Would definitely recommend friends and family to stay.

Small but comfortable room. I was delighted to see Pancakes with maple syrup on the breakfast menu but the maple syrup turned out to be golden syrup which is disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Food and service in the Tan Yard were excellent.

Spent pleasant 7 day family break in Killarney and Plaza hotel was ideal location. Right in middle of town so we could leave car and walk to all local restaurants shopping etc. Friendly staff and room serviced as requested. Only downside is car parking which is not guaranteed, this was not advised on booking through Hotelsc,com.

Fabulous stay in the center of Killarney
This hotel was fabulous! The location was right on the main street in town. The food for breakfast was great. The Tan yard was great for dinner. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only downside was the reservation said parking was included but the hotel parking garage was always full so we had to pay for parking in a lot nearby.

The room was tired and outdated. Damp on the wall beside the window. Staff and reception and the pool were great. Breakfast staff and service were a disappointment! The hotel was alright for a quick stop over.

Lovely spot in town centre..staff friendly and helpful.. light bites in cafe du park (bar where you can have a drink if having food) a bit limited... all Covid restrictions followed rigidly and you did feel as safe as was possible in the current climate
