Shame there's no breakfast at the weekends

My trip was terrific, the housekeeping was fabulous, we enjoyed the lounge, and the room was terrific and comfortable. The only struggle happened because Hotels.com, when I made the reservation, made it as two separate reservations (for some reason). As a result, when the transition happened I was locked out of my room, the front desk had to "recheck" me in and, had I not called ahead, I would have had to change rooms - this though would not have been the hotel's fault. I tried to be proactive and called, then told the staff when I checked in, and my only complaint is that the front desk staff didn't seem to be able to understand all the pieces that were in the background of the problem. And so they got frustrated, as did I.

We were greeted with friendly front desk. Although our request for hypoallergenic room wasn’t followed through by the staff, they were able to change out our linens right away and upon finding out that our room was not the upgraded room we paid for, they immediately changed our room the next morning and were very apologetic about the mix up. Room had complementary coffee and bottled water. Will stay here again.

Very happy with the accommodations. Location was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only reason I didn’t give it a full out excellent is the shower had very little water pressure. Would definitely go back but ask for a floor with a booster.
