Great location and food
Location, atmosphere, food, and hotel service were all amazing. The service in the ajoining restaurant needs more work. The food is top notch, and we would have ate there every night had the service been in anyway passable. It may be the custom in England to be relaxed, but waiting ten minutes or more for someone to come and even see what you'd like to even drink is a tad long. We ended up just leaving twice without even seeing a server. That is the only thing that needs improvement, I still recommend for anyone to stay here to be in the heart of London.

Air conditioning?
Love the location, theme and the food was excellent, really enjoyed our breakfast. However the room was uncomfortably hot and we left the 2 electric fans blowing all day and through night but didn’t help much. Didn’t have a great sleep due to waking up sweaty and uncomfortable. This was the only let down!

I like it cold when I sleep, so it was great to have two fans in the room. Very helpful service. Great location - easy walk to three different tube lines.
