The room we were assigned had no window, but the front desk and bellman facilitated a change to a more preferable room. Otherwise, our stay was, as always, wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, and one of our favorites in Mexico.

Good location
The hotel is beautiful and most of the staff was great. The only issue experienced was the room assignment which was undesirable due to the fact that it had a faux window. The room was cave like and there was no sitting area as indicated. Initially they refused to change our room but after sitting in the lobby for hours they finally did. The pool was nice but there were no cushions on the loungers and no pool towels avaible on the third floor. The internet worked well in the room and housekeeping did a great job. Although I had a credit card on file, I was not able to have restaurant charges billed to my room and had to pay every transaction in cash.
