The room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was good but no fried eggs. Be careful when sitting down at breakfast as some chairs are too low for the tables. myself and the lady on the next table both sat down with a bump. The hotel is a perfect base and 5 minutes walk to bus/train station. I will definitely stay here again.

First time staying in any Hampton by Hilton Hotels and coudnt wish for a better few days stay at this one in Bath. The Standard Queen room was lovely, with a nice corner seating area, the bathroom immaculately clean and a great powerful shower. Simple tea & coffee with kettle was all we needed too. The included breakfast was excellent, good choice and a hot buffet style cooked breakfast available and the bonus of a waffle maker was a fun addition. Check in was quick and efficient and also received two texts during our stay from reception (Shaun) making sure everything was ok for our room and stay. The location for Bath City Centre and the Car Park we used was excellent and close to the Roman Baths & Bath Abbey, both 5 mins walk away if that! Excellent first stay and Bath is a lovely place fir a 1st time vist, we will be back and have this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone wanting accommodation in Bath.

The check in is the worse I’ve ever experienced and they also asked for a room deposit even though everything was paid for. The beds are small and uncomfortable (queen size where other hotels have king size as standard). There’s no room for hanging or storing clothing. No desk area for my partner to do her makeup etc. the windows don’t open for any fresh air to come into the room. The breakfast was disappointing as some things were overcooked and some were just as though they had been prepared overnight and just left keeping warm. Staff were helpful and at least got us a few more hangers but the bar to hang them was about a foot in length which is no good if like us you were staying for 5 nights and had quite a bit of clothing for two people. We definitely won’t be using Hampton by Hilton again.

I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton for 3 nights. Lovely Hotel, spacious room, very nice bathroom. The best bit was the location. Its literally a 5 min walk to the Roman baths. I walked everywhere. Its also a 10min walk from the train station so there is no need to drive to Bath. The staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast time got very busy but the breakfast manager always managed to find me a table. Breakfast was delicious & the waffle maker was very popular. I will definitely be staying here again.

What a great find! We had a fantastic stay—this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was included whicj was delicious. There was a full English option alongside pastries, waffles, cereals, and fresh fruit, which was a great surprise. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was a lovely size, and the bathroom was particularly spacious with a great shower. The hotel is in a great location and only a short walk to the centre of the town. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely come back again.
