Gem Holiday Beach Resort

Amazing location ! Clean and very nice staff ! Wonderful !

The Good: The property was a 15 second walk to a great beach and right next to one of the best clubs in Grenada (although unfortunately due to COVID-19, the club was closed). The rooms had a stove, microwave and small refrigerator. The Could be Improved: As the hotel because of COVID-19 was not full, we asked upon check-in if we could be switched to a room with a Seaview. Most hotels that thrive in great customer service if the rooms are available (and there is no impact to business or losing revenue) will grant this request, however we were told no and that we could switch if we wanted to pay additional fees. We politely declined, but just switching us would have been a great way to show excellent customer service. The Bad: The manager recommended a tour to us for $150USD per person then we looked and saw a similar if not identical tour in a booklet at the hotel for $50USD per person. The manager in general seemed a bit money hungry instead of customer focused and welcoming.

Perfect location on the beach Large apartment with balcony over looking the sea Kitchen with fridge freezer micro four ring hob and oven This is the real caribbean dont expect fancy hotel Food was all good dont miss the bbq chicken Only order the rote if you are really hungry 10 min walk to grand anse for shopping then taxi back costs £7.50 Will be back next year for sure If you dont mind the steps our room 16 has got to be one of best even got a four poster bed which was huge Take your own tin opener

The people ....great .....friendly .....efficient. The staff made you feel at home comfortable and safe. I would definitely recommend Gems to my friends.

Had a good stay at GEM for 5 nights..... Food, Drinks and Service was good Location was convenient.... Great Beach and View from our balcony However, Tropical Storm Karen made driving around the Island for two days a real challenge... so we did not go far from Gem on those days

Gem Holiday Resort is on a private beach. The beach is clean and water is clam and nice. The hotel staffs are very helpful, friendly and they did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The appartment is decent, nothing fancy: clean, big and has all everyday use appliances, the bed is very comfortable. My only concern was we were given one key for the appartment and there was no don't distrust sign for the door. The food at the restaurant is good and there is something for everyone. Gem Holiday Resort is down a hill and it difficult to walk up the hill to get to other restaurants, example we paid $20usd roundtrip to Spicland Mall and $35usd to TrueBlue Restaurant.It a nice palce if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

The beach and water is as good as it gets. It’s located in a deep cove which offers protection from rough waves. Not that it needed it because while I was here in early September, all was calm.

Beautiful views , what i like most is location, view and rooms, but food was not that good.

I really like the staff. They were accommodating and very friendly. I had some difficulties initially and they responded immediately by transferring me and my husband to the Kaliango resort, which is located next door. The Kaliango hotel was more to my liking. I loved the service, our room was modern and it really had a garden view, which led to the beach. Everything about it worked well, including Ramone and the other staff at the front desk attentiveness and support in securing taxis, etc. The guards on the property were also friendly, yet kept the appropriate boundaries.
