Located in Washington in the District of Columbia region, the
Apartment features accommodation with free WiFi. Each unit offers a
fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with FREE NETFLIX, a living
room with a sofa, a private bathroom and a washing machine. Some units
feature a seating area and/or a terrace. Guests can make use of the
fitness center. Guests can also relax in the garden, beside the
outdoor swimming pool, or in the shared lounge area. 2 minutes walk to
the Metro Station and Waterfront.
One of the bedroom doesn't have windows so it is perfect for those
who likes total darkness when sleeping.
You are free to use the TV (with Netflix only).
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay.
Restrictions apply. This will be collected separately, prior to your
arrival.
Parking is available onsite and is on first come first serve basis,
reservation is needed at $15/day.
A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking.
Our standard check-in time is after 4PM - no check-in end time.

accommodation as you would your own home and to treat the equipment
provided with respect and to be considerate to your neighborhood. In
order for you to get the most out of it, we recommend you to follow

Keys are a minimum of $150/key to replace. A fee will apply if they
are lost, or not returned on time before 11am. You will be fully
responsible for damages and noise complaints.
A refundable security deposit of $200-$500 might be asked upon
booking.
"We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or
other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. We are also not
responsible for articles/valuables left behind by guests and found
after departure of the guest”.
Pets are welcome WITH APPROVAL for a fee as long as they do not lay on
beds/furniture or damage anything. There will be a $500 fee for any
animals/pets brought without prior approval as the property will not
allow unapproved pets.
