the location is good and staff are very welcoming and nice.
however the hotel property itself needs a major update. the toilet countertop and basin are half falling, the shower gel bottle and whatever is inside looks old and smell disgusting. Breakfast is okay, not fantastic but also not too bad.
the staff are really the highlight, from receptionisth to car park security, everyone is polite and helpful!
