Overral - i don't recommend this property.

I got minimal expected accommodations - a private room with fresh bedding, a bath and enough towels. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room was tiny, but that was expected. The staff was friendly.
Didn't like....
The room was in the basement and had no celluar connection. I walked to the community area each time I needed to make a phone call.
There were no hand soap in the room. The floor was dirty: when I dropped a wet towel and picked it up, it had dust and dirt stuck on it. There was a decent level of noise coming from the pipes.
Community kitchen had no space in the fridges and no drinking water, just a empty watercooler base. There were no tea or coffee. (Perhaps this was somewhere in fine print of the property description, but I don't remember seeing it). I did see a cockroach on the floor.
Frontdesk person was very nice and friendly but unhelpful. They didn't answer basic questions about the area or couldn't explain community kitchen rules after i said that this was my first Selina stay.
Overral decor of the lobby and the downstairs area would probably look cool and trendy at some other time with more people enjoying the lounges and tables. During my short stay it looked abandoned and creepy.
The feeling of creepiness didn't subside in the morning, i packed and left as quickly as I could. Tbh I would prefer a road side motel experience to this.
