Welcome to my home!
With an area of about 100m2, this great apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The living room and dining area share a common and large space, with a cozy atmosphere and come with meal table and chairs, but also two comfortable sofas and TV.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with a sofa bed for two guests and a wardrobe, and the other has a double bed - in both cases high quality hotel linens are available.
The kitchen is bright and with everything that will be necessary to prepare a delicious meal: plate, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster. Dishwashers and washing machines are also available!
There's a full bathroom, with toilet, sink and shower and a second one, with sink and toilet. Towels and free toiletries are also provided for your convenience.
You shouldn't miss the private, sunny terrace, furnished with table and chairs so that you can enjoy your lunch, dinner or drink outdoors!
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized, for your health and safety.

## Neighborhood
Oeiras is located in the Lisbon Coast, about 16km from the capital city center and is quite easily reachable with a car, train or bus.
More than 250 years old, Oeiras looks to the future but doesn’t forget the inheritance of centuries past. It preserves some rich historical heritage that deserves to be discovered. So close to this home, the Marquês de Pombal Palace is only 70m far from us and a typical example of the Portuguese manor house of the eighteenth century. Following the same lines of the Palace, the gardens are also worth a visit..
And even though all the roads lead to the coast and the sea, its green spaces are also a good choice for those who enjoy outdoor activities: dont miss the Parque dos Poetas, for a nice walk around, the Oeiras Marina (where a salt water pool is available) and the Oeiras Promenade by the sea!
Don't miss out the daily tours to Cascais and Sintra nor the great local restaurants, specially the ones for fresh fish and sea food!
## Transit
Lisbon's Airport is 30 minutes far, within a car trip.
The Oeiras train station is quite close (700m) and allows you to easily reach Lisbon city center but also Cascais and Estoril beaches, in a very comfortable and quick way.
Oeiras beach is located 1km from the apartment, 12 minutes on foot.
## Notes
Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
If you require additional clean/linen during your stay, for a fee, please contact us.
For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
