It has a sofa (possibly convertible into a queen-size bed), 40'' Ultra HD Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube for entertaining even our youngest guest.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge with free snacks and water, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Naspresso coffee machine, various utensils and an extendable table.
There are assorted coffee and tea capsules for satisfying every taste.
In the bedroom, you will find a queen-size bed with memory foam mattress for a quality rest at the end of the day.
The bed overlooks a splendid furnished terrace.
There are also various bespoke compartments to house all your personal belongings, including suitcases.
You will always have plenty of space available and maximum comfort.
The bathroom has a weide shower cabin, hairdryer and a lighted mirror.
Besides a range of towels, you will find a free Made in Italy Welcome Kit offered by the house, with sheets, blankets, duvets and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

Smoking policy
Please note that the entire property enforces a NO SMOKING POLICY.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke indoors, even with windows open or looking out the window.
The whole house is equipped with smoke and CO detectors.
Penalties will be applied in case of violation of the NO SMOKING policy.
It is possible to smoke on the terrace, and you will find an ashtray for keeping the environment clean.

Fiumicino is a maritime city of semi-suburbs, safe, very well connected with the rest of Rome, served by multiple buses and trains, and providing an endless number of services: grocery stores, bakeries, bars, pizzerias, pharmacies, superstores and the splendid promenade leading all the way to the Darsena, loved by joggers, children and the elderly.
You will find equipped beaches for enjoying a fantastic Roman holiday, and many suggestive and romantic restaurants overlooking the sea and along the river.

MOVING IN THE AREA
The Cotral stop for the airport is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
In 20 minutes by bus or 6 minutes by taxi/car you will arrive at the airport.
The terminus for many shuttles is a 9-minute walk from the house, where you can reach the Leonardo shopping center and the "Parco Leonardo" train stop to reach the center of Rome and the Rome fair (1 train stop).
The Cotral stop that leads to Ostia and Ostia Antica is located 3 minutes walk from the house.
Fiumicino is in a strategic position for the airport, the train to the city center and the Fiera di Roma, the focal point of many events (Roma Sposa, Romics, Moa Casa, International Estetica).
It is also well connected to the various important hospitals in Rome (Bambini Gesù, Gemelli, Regina Elena - IFO).
PARKING LOTS
There are parking lots on the street. The street is normally quiet.
Supermarket: Conad, an excellent and well-stocked supermarket located 2 minutes walk from the apartment, open every day from 8 to 21.

Without keys through an electronic lock, for which custom codes will be left after we receive the guests' documents.
There is a tourist tax for the Municipality of Fiumicino which is equivalent to € 1.50 per person per night, to be paid before check-out.
