Bugs in my room
On my way to my room, I noticed how dirty the hotel was. Carports disgusting, elevator looked like it had never been cleaned. Then I get in my room and there were ALIVE BUGS all over the bathroom counter and sink. The manager (Jayne) came to the room too kill the bugs but wouldn’t move me. My children were crying, scared to sit down. The furniture was cleaned, a hole in the sheet, and the wall’s filthy. I tried to give it a chance but when I went back in the bathroom there were dead bugs in my towels. I went to the front desk and was treated so bad not to mention in front of my 4 year old daughter. Gus, at the front desk was so rude to me. I have never in my life been treated like that. I was bawling. He flicked his managers card at me and told me the bugs in the room weren’t his problem. Again, in front of my daughter. While I was talking to him the phone rang and he totally just acted like I wasn’t there and helped the person on the phone. After my friend confronted him about the way he treated me, he then moved me to a different Holiday Inn. I would never recommend this hotel. It was filthy and has the worst customer service.

One night stand
It was just for one night but we enjoyed the hot tub and pool very much. It was a beautiful suite, wonderfully appointed and laid out and comfortable. However, the carpet had obviously not been vacuumed since the last occupant. Especially with COVID this was concerning. I would definitely stay there again, though, and do recommend it.

My husband and I stayed here for a bit. Was great in the beginning but ended horribly! Front desk is rude and disrespectful. Don’t stay here if you want privacy!

We liked it!
Overall, a very pleasant experience. Check in was quick and easy and the property seems to be clean and well kept. We used their free airport shuttle and that was also a good experience. This is a solid four star!
