Hotel U Zlateho Stromu

We stayed at the apartments, it was a few blocks from the hotel where you check in and have breakfast. Not a problem at all. The apartment was very nice and ideal for us and our two pled boys.

Not a great start at check in, as the front desk concierge was not very accommodating and was somewhat short with us. The hotel check in is a couple blocks walk from the actual apartment, but upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised at how big and immaculately clean the place was. It was a large apartment with 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and 1 large bathroom with a tub, and a smaller bathroom across the apartment with a toilet and sink. The large bay windows overlook the downtown area, and the apartment is just steps from many local bars and restaurants, making it extremely walkable. Overall the place is clean and spacious and conveniently located; albeit not to the check in desk.

The room at the Annex was very huge, it could fit a family of four, it has elevator. About 3-5mins walk to the main. However, housekeeping again was disappointing. Bathtub and kitchen was not clean.

Location is just a few steps away to Charles bridge which is great. Service from bellboy, Oliver and reception, Peter was great. Housekeeping however needs improvement. Heated towel railings were dusty and carpet of the flooring feels unclean.. Our room was at the highest floor and there is no elevator. Room was kinda small at the main building, couldnt open fully two 28inch luggages.

Location was great, my room a little small and on the 4th floor. The bathroom was tiny, I kept hitting my head on the ceiling wall inthe bathroom. I noticed after my stay the room price was half price from the night before. The hotel service desk was very helpful with my travel plans.
