This is a Private Residential Condominium with 24-hour security, we appreciate that during your stay you respect and comply with the rules of the Condominium and since it is located in the state of Quintana Roo, the use of face masks is mandatory
Upon arrival you will find clean towels and sheets and some bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper) these are not refillable.

- If your stay is May to 7 days, we provide you with a basic cleaning (without change of whites)
- If your stay is longer than 15 days, you have included a cleaning with change of white
- If you require an additional cleaning service it has a cost of 20 dollars (includes change of whites)
*CONDO RULES*
- The hours of use of the pool is from Monday to Sunday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- Please moderate the noise after 10pm
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property, you can do it on the balcony
- You cannot hang towels or clothes on the balconies
