Almost everything was very nice. We didn't like paper cups (just glass would be much better). The sauna was very nice, but there was one problem. The hotel is used by airlines' pilots and stewardesses - young ladies. My wife noticed that one of the ladies went to the sauna completely covered in a black costume, completely covered her head by towels, and set her cell phone near the entrance to the sauna. When my wife left and later again entered the sauna, the cell blinked. So, she came closer and noticed that this camera used an app to record what was going on (naked ladies) near the entrance to the sauna. She called the receptionist, they went in. When the lady in black took the towel off, underneath she had a headset for communication. Because nothing was done on spot, we had to report the incident the next day to the head of th hotel's security.

I requested the sofa bed be prepared in advance for our children and this was done. Shuttle buses to and from the airport run every 20minutes.

One night stay. Landed in the evening at SVO and it was not easy to get to the hotel. Once we got to the hotel the level of service was not at the level of other Novotel that I have stayed at. Very uninviting reception. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Small tv and they didn’t even set the time on the clock.

They have everything that traveler need. Rooms are clean.Nice breakfast buffet. Sauna, steam room, swimming pool. Free shuttle to airport. Excellent service. I was staying in Novotel 7 times and this is my first choice hotel when I travel to Moscow.

Хорошая встреча на ресепшн, вкусная кухня, НО номер в ужасном состоянии : вода в раковине и унитазе застаивается и ничего не смывает, пол вокруг мокрый, вола подтекает. В номере пыльно на столько, что к утру я кашляла. Хорошо, что не смотря на американский паспорт, я могу понять трудности и имею русскую душу, поэтому не беспокоила вас ночью. Надеюсь в следующий мой приезд у вас будет классный сантехник! Всего доброго!

The staff was extremely helpful. Registration took less than 5 minutes. When I asked about the swimming pool, I was shown the whole wellness complex with the sauna and brand new hamam, the bathrobe and extra pair of slippers was immediately brought to my room. The pool is big and very clean. I really enjoyed it. The room was nice and very quiet despite the fact that this hotel is next to the airport. I did not hear the plains at all. The shuttle to the terminals runs every 20 minutes. I would recommend this hotel to those who have early morning flights and need a good rest before traveling.
