To start, this is a great property, but they have plenty of room for improvements. Valet definitely need to do a better job at retrieving vehicles. My guest and I stood outside for 30 minutes because they lost our car in their valet lot. At other times, the wait was 10-15 minutes. Secondly, my room was subpar: there was no complimentary water/beverages for guests, there was a broken shower handle, the shower drain would get stopped up and cause the shower to fill up and spill on the floor, the jetted tub left plenty of residue in my tub water from the uncleaned jets. I booked a room with a full kitchen and there was no pots/pans, utensils, the coffee pot was dirty. But outside of those things, I enjoyed it. I had a great view of the airport from my balcony, the room had a large bathroom, air conditioner/heat worked perfectly, had good channels to choose from etc. I also love how it is connected to MGM. Unfortunately, their main pool was closed. My guest and I was very much looking forward to using it instead of the smaller pool. But we was told we could use MGM’s pool if we showed them our room key. The pool attendant guy (dark brown hair, smaller stature, kind of tall) was not welcoming at all.But if you go to the pool bar, you would love the bartender. He was a great communicator and gave awesome customer service. I have over a handful of negatives, but whenever I visit Vegas again, I would stay there. I now know what to expect. Hopefully room improvements are made by then.
