very old and dirty, very load- closed to the street, everything is old, every night party- just russian people in the hotel, bad breakfast- continental breakfast just toast, butter, orange marmelade and two eggs, no coffeemaschine- it is broken

worst vacation experience I've ever had!
I arrived with my 12 year old daughter at 2am check in. The hotel claimed not to have received my booking and had double booked our room. I had a email confirming the booking but the hotel staff still arguing that this is not correct, this went on until 4am because none of the staff understood English. The hotel staff eventually said I could stay one night for a charge of around $35 Australian dollars (when I had already paid for 4 nights accommodation) I ended up staying one night as we were so tired and the next morning spent another 5 hours arguing with staff about this booking. Turns out, after many phone calls and arguing in broken English, that they had double booked and had lost the booking confirmation but I did not get an apology. Lastminute.com ended up finding me a hotel near by and the last 3 nights of our stay were ok. I understand that mistakes happen but the staff at the hill hotel were very rude and unprofessional and did not take responsibly for their mistake. The lack of ability to speak English makes it very hard if something goes wrong. I would definitely not recommend this hotel based on my treatment by the staff, I cannot comment of food or pool facilities because we did not get to experience, but the pool area looked reasonable and family friendly. If you stay here I would suggest ringing ahead to confirm your travel dates and do not rely on staff to help you in times of need. they only care about your money not you comfort.

Good Place to Stay with Affordable Price
Everything was good here. There have good and friendly staff, beautiful common area view and my room condition also okay. Just got a bit problem with WiFi. There just got WiFi at front desk/lobby area. I cant access to WiFi in my room even at my booking details they said free WiFi at room. Overall everything was okay. If i go to Phuket again i will sure to stay there again.

Good hotel for minimal budget
I had stay at this hotel on early November last year for 4 days and 3 night. Its take around 1 hour from Phuket International Airport to reach here. Once i arrived im feel so pleasure when the person who greet me was hotel owner itself. This hotel was good overall.

Run Down Dump
Totally misleading description of hotel, amenities, everything. This place is only worthy of 1 star for having a bed. The bathroom was a disgrace & down right dangerous re: old gas heater on wall in shower recess. The aircon was also ancient & looked very dirty. The hillside path to rooms also an accident waiting to happen. When we enquired about transport to Patong we were advised to take tuk tuk so where was the free shuttle? No wifi in room, no business centre, dirty poolside bar, non existent kitchen, spa??? Avoid this place you will ruin your holiday with disappointment. Too many other defects to list here

Hotel nightmare
Well, i wish we had never stayed at this place The rooms were very old, the beds were as hard as planks, the sheets were far to short for the bed, the restaurant was a bbq with a bloke behind it who cook the eggs and bacon etc in between having a smoke, there was a cat that hang around under the table that made more noise than the traffic. The staff had trouble making out what we were saying, Apparently the owners have only had it for 6 mouths but by the look of the place, they hadnt done a dam thing and we did wonder if the Russian guest had run of the place, they partied every night from about 2am till 6am I wouldnt even think of letting my dog stay at this place
