Excellent hotel!
Excellent staff. Clean. Convenient. Only thing I would have changed would be the fact that the pool was not open for a day and my kids were looking forward to swimming.

Business trip
We have stayed here for a week and will be staying again for a few nights due to business in the area. Ryan at the front desk is friendly and helpful! Tyler serves breakfast with a smile every weekday am. The maids are also very nice. Comfy bed and pillows. Best regular hotel in Oroville.

Good place to stay!
The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and the breakfast is better than most. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Only down side is the sheets are poly and are balled up.:/

It was the nicest hotel in the immediate area, rooms were very nice and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was on par when comparing to any other hotel offering free breakfast. It was close to all the fast food restaurants which was a rather newly developed area within the last 5 years.

Customer service was great, but I had a room with two queens and one of the beds looked as if the bedding wasn't changed. The sheets looked dirty and crumbs in the bed. They looked as if someone had already slept in the sheets. EWE!
