Well maintained and the property itself is quiet. The on site restaurant was nice and they make great breakfast and nachos. The a/c was quiet and efficient. Great location for beach access and every restaurant you can imagine. Farmers market nearby 2 days a week. Bring ear plugs for potential howler monkeys and the bar nearby that plays music until 2am.

We had a flooding situation in our room due to heavy rains…however I still give this place a 5! They moved us to a new room, refunded the first night, washed all our clothes for us that got wet and offered free breakfast during the rest of our stay.
