Levi Hotel Spa

Good hotel in Levi. Main in building is modern and with excellent facilities, specially the spa and swimming pool area. The residence cabins are in need of an upgrade.

Great place to stay especially with the spa/swimming facilities. The room advertised with tea/coffee making facilities which it certainly had but I was surprised at a 4 star rating that tea bags/coffee were not provided in the room. Also understand under renovation/construction so limited facilities but this was not advised at time of booking. My husband always looks for a shoe horn at hotels we stay at.

Great resort, large, several buildings. It would be a great ski destination.

Good breakfast, warm rooms

Great location, just next to zero point ski center, and close to everything. Only spa is a lot cold than expected, and I have to pay extra to go to the spa& pool.

There was a electric current running through one of the light fixtures which shocked my partner. The hotel spa was very nice though, the rooms could use some renovation.

1. U have to enter via burger king to the hotel reception. 2. Our room was not cleaned or even turned down once during our 4 day stay. 3. Our complimentary coffee and tea were not replenished and i had to buy my own as the cleaners never came as promised. 4. The spa /pool area was excellent and a good range of different hot and cold pools. But in -10 temperatures and the only way to the outdoor hot tubs were through the outdoor pool from inside to out as they would keep the doors locked. 5. Excellent location. 6. Carpark and walkways often snowploughed for safety. 7. Great choice of cereal and seeds and dried fruits at breakfast. Some odd warm foodstuffs but generally an excellent breakfast. 8 reception staff excellent - very friendly. Great english. Ordered taxis. Helped with general stuff. 9. No way of turning off aircon in room suite 257 so after 3 days of dry air we were both suffering. 10. Room very quiet - not really any noise dusturbance from neighbours or upstairs. 11. Single beds pushed together with single duvets. .quite comfy and nice pillows. But for a suite id have liked a double bed at least.

Stayed over from 24/12 to the 27/12, first off how this is a 4 star hotel is beyond me the food is dreadful and the pure juice is watered down, the room we stayed in never got clean whist we stayed there and luckily we had are own towels as they never get changed either, The staff try to over charge you to use there swimming pools 22 Euro per adult and 14 Euro per child, what they don’t tell you on there site at time of booking, also if you stay direct with the hotel is it’s free before 11am then it’s only 10 Euro per day per adult and children are free, also to use there family room costs you money, none of the facilities are free and for 210 Euro a night it’s a blatant rip off, they will also book you a taxi to get you to the airport, what they don’t tell you at the time is they will change you 10 Euro just for the call ! No wonder your tourists trade is getting less your company any many others in Levi act fraudulently in ways of extracting every cent out of tourists without telling them ! SHAME ON YOU !!!!, I’ve taken my complaint to the ECC in Finland, you will here from my lawyer aswel in due course !!!

Brilliant central location and great facilities. Room was more basic than I expected but it was clean, warm and functional.

Good location to Levi Ski field. Would not recommend for independent travellers as this hotel is geared for package tours
