Our stay was good, even when the hotel is doing some upgrading in a separate part of the floor where we stayed. They have renovated the part of the floor where we stayed already. I would recommend to add some safety features to the shower to avoid falls and also to add some tray where one can put the soap and shampoo. The waiters at the breakfast room were very polite, specially the lady in charge. The front desk personnel were also helpful.The hotel is very close to the Duomo and the shopping Gallery.The included buffet breakfast was rather good.

The hotel is located in an excellent area within the heart of Milan but in my opinion it needs some renovation especially the bathrooms! our shower battery in the bathroom was broken and the water was not running properly! Also, the last day in the morning there was not hot water in the bathroom!!!

Housekeeping & Elevator are the bad side
an exceptional location, rooms in 10th & 11th floors are newly renovated very elegantly, the breakfast variety and quality are very good, the team serving breakfast is so nice, the house keepers are leaving a strange awful smell behind them in the rooms and elevator which makes our stay horrible, elevator is a mess you have to wait so long to get it.

Excellent location and friendly staff
The customer service both at the front desk and at breakfast was excellent!!! The location is perfect. The hotel is a bit run down but our room was spacious. It did smell of smoke, and the fronr desk wanted to help but we were too tired to move. We just kept the windows open. We could hear the people in the room above but otherwise no noise from the street. Would stay here again.

great location but breakfast needs work
Great location super close to Duomo / Rinascente / etc., Loved my Deluxe Room BUT - the breakfast situation was far too hectic! Although the food was in general good, the space was too small & the waiters too busy clearing to provide sufficient cutlery / resetting the tables. I recommend the hotel resolve this by having a cutlery / cups area so guests can help themselves
