First and foremost thank you to the team! George and Monica are excellent hosts. Monica made a reservation for the Osteria outside. It was sold out for the night. The hotel accommodations were pristine and beautiful. The location was gorgeous. George and Jason cooked us breakfast every morning and it was very accommodating and delicious! I would absolutely stay here over and over again! Now we have a home base in Florence! Monica from the bottom of my heart, thank you a million times over for the reservation at the Osteria. My best meal in Florence by a million miles!!!!

We had a lovely stay at this small boutique hotel in Florence. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like home. The staff were all amazing, and the gentleman at the front desk was especially friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was outstanding—honestly the best breakfast we had during our entire two-week trip in Italy. The hotel is run more like a bed and breakfast, which added a warm, personal touch that we really appreciated. The only point worth mentioning (and this is not a complaint toward the hotel itself, but rather the reservation description) is regarding the “one-bedroom apartment.” We booked it expecting a separate bedroom and living area, as there were four adults and we wanted a bit more privacy. In reality, it was more of a large studio divided by a TV unit. It would be perfect for a family with small children, but not ideal for four adults. That said, we made the best of it and were only there for three nights. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its charm, comfort, incredible staff, and amazing breakfast.

This establishment is run with love and the greatest consideration of their guests. A beautiful property staffed with warm and professional staff. Beautiful Old World charm boutique hotel situated in a great location. Uffizi Gallery is across the piazza. Galleria Dell'Accademia di Florence is short walk down cobblestone streets. Restaurants and shopping near to choose from. Staff warm and welcoming. Room very comfortable, spacious. George and his staff make an amazing breakfast. Would definitely return again. The room is large and comfortable and the bathroom is always warm which is good during cold autumn period. They provide free flow of water and juice bottles which is rare in other hotels. The area is superb as it is right in the piazzia de signoria and walking steps to uffizi gallery. Overall, the best stay of my italy trip.

Vi hade en helt perfekt vistelse på In Piazza della Signoria – Residenza d’Epoca. Sebastian var mycket trevlig och otroligt tillmötesgående, vilket gjorde att vi kände oss varmt välkomna från första stund. Läget kan inte bli bättre – precis i hjärtat av Florens, med gångavstånd till allt. Ett litet, välskött familjehotell med genuin charm och personlig service. Rekommenderas starkt!

Lovely boutique hotel, right off the square where the Uffizi is located, and surprisingly quiet, given the location. The staff were very gracious and helpful, and the amenities lovely. There was a bar & breakfast area where they kept a refrigerator stuffed with soft drinks and water, and the bar had a ton of bottles for choices (but many of them were empty!) A wonderful gourmet breakfast started at 8am and it was served by the staff around a big table -- so a nice way to interact with other guests, but also a bit difficult to rush it, or get/refill coffee when you wanted it.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and we loved it. The rooms were quiet despite being next to the Piazza Della Signoria, the staff were very friendly and facilities clean. Breakfast was very good and balanced. It is very close to many attractions which was great. Highly recommend!

The morning breakfast was fantastic. The staff was superb. The people who greeted us were nothing short of amazing. The location of this hotel can't be beat. I cannot think of a better place to stay of all the places we stayed in this two weeks in Italy. This is by far our favorite place. Definitely will come again
