4 dari 10 LumayanI wanted so badly for this to be the 5 star looking property that I saw in all the pictures, but it just wasn’t. Honestly we are quite disappointed in our overall stay and felt as if we didn’t the magical romantic Suite Sistina that everyone else seems to love. The breakfast was fantastic and I will say that and the staff were probably the highlights of our stay. The location is pretty nice being right on the Spanish steps - literally like a half block away - but it was semi-inconvenient because it was not as close to the other major sites as we had hoped and we had to walk a bit every single day/night to find something to eat or a bar. Unfortunately we did have to switch rooms halfway through our stay (7 nights total) because the toilet broke and some of the lights weren’t working in our room after the 3rd day. We had initially upgraded our room but the first room we stayed in seemed EXTREMELY basic and literally had just enough room for the bed, the bath, and our suitcases. There wasn’t anything special about it and it was very plain and disappointing. The second room we got moved to was better because it was bigger, had a jetted tub, and a nicer ambiance with better lights that actually worked. The bed in that room seemed a little smaller but otherwise it was definitely an upgrade compared to the first room. I did explain my frustrations to the front desk and they were very kind and gave us the other room that we didn’t have to pay extra for.

8 dari 10 Sangat bagusIt is an excellent hotel with a fantastic location located in the city center. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The hotel is a few steps away from Spanish Steps and a few minutes walk from Trevi Fountain. The breakfast was delicious, and there was so much to choose from.
