The place was trashy, old washer machines sitting around, dark and dingy, the fridge did not work, Tv only had a couple of channels, the air conditioner was not very cold. It was not great at all but the sheets were clean and I slept fine.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have seen in over 50 years. It should be condemned. Hotel.com should vette their affiliated hotels better. This is a rat-trap roach motel in the most ddefinitive way. Please send someone to site visit this disgusting place and have them shut down.

It is what you would expect if you were renting nightly for $30 / day. Bring your own toilet paper and towel. Those were not provided during my stay. Although, there was one towel but it was noticeably dirty.
There was a $50 cash deposit which I was hesitant to leave but I took a picture of the hand written contract and it was returned upon my exit.

Ugliest property in Gainesville. In need of a total renovation. Shouldn't be allowed on Expedia. It allows smoking everywhere. So dirty its uncleanable. Charmless. Cleaaning person was helpful. Front desk person was slowest I ever dealt with. Asked for a cash deposit.

I didn't like it. I was double charged. Expedia wouldn't help clear the charges up. OYO manually enter the additional charge. I'm assuming fraud. Very disappointed. Don't plan on using expedia again.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. I did not even stay there and decided to drive home. Spiders, bed bugs, dirty sheets and pillows, mold in bathroom, dirty floors. Also super unsafe with homeless people around the building

There was mold everywhere. The room was filthy. Blood on the shower curtain. Floors sticky. The beds had a foul odor. I paid through Expedia but still got charged a deposit. And extra money for 30 min early check in.
Drugs and prostitution in the back of the property.

What a waste of money. My husband and I were woken up at 7am on a Sunday morning to trees being cut down. There was dirt swept under the bed, trash all over the room. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were way better quality.

The worst hotel I could have booked. The health department of Florida should go and close that this Hotel. I wouldn’t even called it a hotel. The room is in a terrible condition. There is mold and filthy stuff everywhere in the room. Asking for a $50 deposit for pets and then not to return it because the front office calls it “non refundable “ is called hidden fees. To have cardboard cover windows and stained drapes is an absolute disgrace. I would suggest Hotels.com not to allow properties like this charge over $100 for a night stay when is not even worth $10. Totally upset with this place. There are stains in the hallway carpet from who knows how long.

This property should be condemned. When I turned on the lights some of the roaches scattered, but there were so many roaches that they ran out of hiding places so they just hung out on the walls. The floor was water damaged so badly that the edges were curled up with water pooling on most of the floor. The wall in the bathroom was completely rotted away, and the holes behind the toilet and sink were infested with bugs. The walls were covered with filth of various types, and not even the extremely dim lights could camouflage the stains on every surface, lamp, and piece of furniture. I’ve never seen anything like it. Do yourself a favor and sleep in the gutter, it’s surely to be cleaner and more sanitary. I have forwarded a video to the health department, so I’m sure this property will be shut down soon. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

This will be a long review because I want to be detailed...First of all every person i interacted with that worked at the hotel was nice. There was a tall caucasian maintenance guy that was nice and the two people at the front desk were as well. As for the property itself...it's almost hard to believe that this place is even allowed to be open with it being so filthy. First of all the section i was in had a hallway and the carpet was Filthy. There was trash all over it including a used Qtip that was in the hallway the whole time we were there. They need some cleanup ladies. I don't think it's that hard to (at the very least) just go to walmart and get a couple of vaccuums and just vaccuum the floors. You have to CARE how your business looks. Second...the rooms are old and they look BAD. The sink was cracked and rusty. The balcony was dirty and had an old dirty chair on it. The walks had all kinds of spots. I mean...this place was FILTHY. These rooms look older than the first room built on Noahs Ark. I feel like that's the fault of whoever owns the place. Upgrades are needed, because the pictures that are available online are definitely misleading. The room didn't look as clean as the pictures i saw. I saw a nice picture of the lobby, but then i get there and try to walk in and wasn't even allowed in the lobby lol. No big deal. The bed was VERY comfy. We never saw any bugs. They need to catch up with society because there was no phone in the room and no iron. GREAT LOCATION.
